Metals are my dearest friends and I am a bit like Hephaestus who handles fire and transforms gold and silver into shapes to experience by experimenting with materials, shapes, colours, textures. I am passionate about the human aspect of my work, which is why when you enter the laboratory or contact us you will find me welcoming you.

Goldsmith’s workshop in Altamura for over twenty years

The heart of Orafi Moramarco is rooted in our family and multiplied by three: we are Antonio, Nicola, and Carlo. Brothers and colleagues, we have shared our work and life in our goldsmith workshop in Altamura, in the heart of Puglia, for over twenty years. We are a group, but like any respectable team, each of us has their own superpower.

Nicola

I love the precision and geometry that can create spectacular shapes and designs. I specialize in the setting of precious gems and in the ancient burin working of metals. In my hands your jewels become precious drawings, guardians of light.

Carlo

I am the technological soul of the group: give me an idea and I will transfer it into a perfect 3D prototype, on which I can go into every detail. I love organization and planning, which in a team of creative people are almost like gold!
